The majority of our produce goes to Giulia, a restaurant in Cambridge inspired by the regional food culture of the Italian countryside, opened by Chef-Owner Mike Pagliarini. We have been working with Giulia since our first year, 2014. At the onset of the 2016 season, Chef de Cuisine Brian Gianpaolo made a decision to use as much of our produce as possible. Brian enjoys the challenge of working with everything we grow, and we appreciate his feedback, especially on crops we are also doing breeding work with. Brian brings the relationship full circle by saving seeds from crops like melons and squash and bringing the crew down to volunteer on the farm during the season. It's a ton of fun working within this reciprocal model, as we are constantly building on everything we've learned.
We have a close relationship with Chef Lisa and her husband, John Lofberg, owners of Little Moss Restaurant in Padanaram, who have featured our produce on the menus since opening. We love seeing what Lisa creates with our produce.

Giulia's sister restaurant located in the Charles Hotel. We work closely with Chef-Owner Mike Pagliarini and Chef Christina, bringing vegetables, herbs, and flowers to the restaurant each week. We enjoy seeing how Chef Christina puts her own touch on Italian cuisine in the Benedetto kitchen and appreciate how the individuality of each Chef we work with turns our produce into so many unique and colorful dishes.
